Booking an Appointment

We offer several convenient ways to book your appointment:

• By Phone: Call us directly, and one of our friendly team members will assist you in securing your spot.
• Fill Our Booking Form: Visit our website to book your treatment at your convenience via our booking form.

• WhatsApp/Email: Reach out through WhatsApp or email, and we’ll assist you in scheduling your appointment.

Please ensure that you provide us with your full name, contact details, preferred appointment time, and any relevant health information, especially if it’s required for specific treatments like dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, or facials.

Appointment Confirmation

Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation email or text message detailing your appointment time, date, and any important instructions. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please reach out to us directly to confirm your booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances can change, and we are happy to accommodate rescheduling when possible. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

If you wish to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, and we will assist you in finding an alternate time that works for you. Late cancellations or no-shows affect our ability to serve other clients, so we ask for your understanding.

Late Arrivals

We always strive to provide each client with the best possible experience. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment time or reschedule the appointment to ensure no delays for other clients. Late arrivals may also incur an additional charge.

Deposit Requirement

Certain treatments may require a deposit to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment and is refundable as long as you cancel or reschedule in line with our booking policy. You will be informed of any deposit requirements at the time of booking.

Consultation Fees

All treatments at Fabuluxe Aesthetics, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, and skin boosting treatments, require an initial consultation. Any consultation fees will be disclosed during booking, and if you proceed with your treatment, the fee will be credited toward the cost of your service.

Health and Safety

Your health and safety are our top priority. When booking your treatment, please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or other relevant health details to ensure we can tailor the treatment to your individual needs. If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of illness, such as fever or cough, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment for the safety of all involved.

When booking with us, you will be asked to provide certain personal and health information. We take your privacy seriously and ensure that all data is handled with the utmost care, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Payment

Payment for treatments is due on the day of your appointment, unless otherwise specified. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. If a deposit was paid, the remaining balance will be due at the time of your treatment.
